Vertical Flows is operational intake infrastructure for professional-services firms: structured client collection, branded checklists, and review-ready handoff, built around a shared model of the work a firm actually does rather than a generic form builder.
2. Who we build for
The initial focus is Australian accounting firms that use everyday tools such as Microsoft 365 and Xero, and want client information requests to be branded, trackable, and organised for review instead of scattered across email threads.
3. Our approach
Vee, the Vertical Flows assistant, is deliberately assistive rather than autonomous. It prepares and organises client requests, but a person on your team reviews the result before anything is sent to a client or written to a connected system. Human approval stays at the centre of the workflow.
